No. GOccelerate removes the blank page and the change plan drafting. Judgment about your specific politics, history and people still belongs to a human. What changes is where that human’s time goes: into the hard calls rather than into formatting a stakeholder matrix for the 40th time.
That’s useful information in itself. Some questions shape a deliverable’s content and the tool will proceed using professional inference — clearly flagged, so nobody mistakes an assumption for a fact. Others are genuinely load-bearing: without them the deliverable can’t be written responsibly, and GOccelerate will tell you what’s missing rather than produce something inaccurate and hollow.
